Front desk staff were very polite and courteous. Greeted with a smile each time we came and went. Same with all the other staff. Rooms were clean and adequately appointed. Bathroom was tiny to say the least. No complaints. Good locations. Would stay again.
Traveling for work, I stayed here for my first night in Ohio. Newly renovated, modern, functional, attractive interior design of rooms, with just the right amount of built-in storage. Courteous, attentive staff go above & beyond & provide complimentary sleep aids as a standard procedure for those of us who are light sleepers. The heated indoor pool is enormous, with a veritable jungle of exotic plants & the spacious, far better than average hotel gym is open 24/7. They even have a pull-up bar, although the ceiling is a little too low to fully utilize it. Within walking distance of food & shopping downtown, historic flood wall murals, Public library & more. I would definitely stay here again.
Last stop of our week bike trip. We walked to the scioto ribber to eat. The bar, Oliver was closed by the time we got back so they let us gather in the pool area for social time. The rooms were comfy. The staff was very helpful. Recommend staying here if you're in the area
Book this hotel ! It was a great stay start to finish. The staff was so nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. The a/c doesn't stay on it seems to be motion activated but that isnt the fault of anyone there- its gotta be some type of efficiency settings. That was the only thing I wish was different. Walmart and Aldi were less than 10 minutes away. And lots of stores and food close by as well. We will be back here again and again.

I arrived with a warm welcome. My room was very clean. When checking out I left something in the hotel room. I was contacted by the staff who offered to ship what i left behind. They made it over to UPS in time so that I would have my belongings the next day.
Staff are amazing . The interior is clean. Sometimes some smells just can’t be covered up but I do have a nurse nose so I overly can smell everything!!! Car was safe in well lit parking. Some of the neighborhood around is a bit iffy but felt safe there.
Wonderful hotel! Recently remodeled in a very well done mid-century modern aesthetic. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Plus, a very large indoor pool. Easy walk to several restaurants and to the SSU campus. Only one elevator that is slow and rooms are relatively small. But, overall, a very comfortable stay.
